L to R: Octavia Spencer, Emma Stone, Viola Davis, Bryce Dallas Howard (the cast of The Help)
Watched this movie two days ago with the fam, and it really touched my spirit. To reflect on what each and every black person, man or woman, had to do for us to be where we are right now is really humbling. We should be so grateful for the back-breaking work they have done for us, and we should never forget the road that was paved for us. There are so many things that people are doing to honor their legacy, yet there is so much more that others could be doing.
What are you doing to honor those who contributed to the (E)quality of life that we have now?
